We've got an incredible range of group activities for you to choose from in the afternoon of Thursday 27th August. Please review your options below. You will be able to nominate your preference during your registration.

Riverboat Cruise
An English-speaking guide will accompany you on a transfer from the Shangri-La Rasa to Clarke Quay Jetty, one of Singapore’s most vibrant waterfront precincts. From here, you will embark on a 60 minute river cruise aboard a traditional wooden bumboat, offering a unique perspective of the city’s iconic skyline and historic landmarks. As the boat cruises, you can relax with a beverage included, selecting from wine, beer, or water while taking in key sights such as Marina Bay Sands, Merlion Park, and the city’s beautifully restored heritage shophouses before returning to the Shangri-La Rasa.

Paint & Sip
The renowned team at Paint Blush will host an engaging Paint & Sip experience within a beautiful space at the Shangri-La Rasa, guiding guests through painting their own Singapore-inspired masterpiece with a glass of wine or soft drink and all painting supplies included. The experience encompasses building connections with colleagues, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere and ensures guests leave with a memorable encounter and personal travel-sized keepsake.

Food Tour
Street flavours & hidden gems
Guests will be transferred from Shangri-La Rasa to experience a curated street food experience. Enjoy the culture and atmosphere of Singapore, as you travel to the vibrant districts of Kampong Glam and Bugis Village. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, the tour includes sampling local street flavours while exploring key cultural landmarks.
In Kampong Glam, guests will pass the iconic Sultan Mosque, before continuing to Bugis Village to see the Kwan Imm Temple and a nearby Indian temple - situated side by side, where some devotees worship at both, showcasing Singapore’s unique cultural harmony. Along the way, guests will also discover the narrowest street in Singapore and gain insight into the local area’s culture.

Should you wish to honour the local dress code and cultural traditions, we recommend keeping your arms and shoulders covered and avoiding shorts. Bring a hat and wear comfortable clothing and footwear.

Cable Car Experience
Step out of the Shangri-La Rasa and enjoy a short 5 minute walk to the Siloso Cable Car Station, where your scenic experience begins. Guests will embark on two relaxing cable car loops over approximately 60 minutes, taking in breathtaking panoramic views from comfortable capsules that accommodate up to six people. After the ride, guests will return on foot to the Shangri-La Rasa. Coordinators will be on hand throughout to ensure a seamless, enjoyable, and well-guided journey for all.
